Dr. Rachel Tabak Tran, PT, DPT, NCS

Rachel Tabak Tran is the Director of the Transitional Living Center at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Health Care.  She graduated from Northeastern University in 2010 and completed the Rancho Los Amigos/University of Southern California Neurologic Residency Program in 2012.  Dr. Tran has taught neurologic rehabilitation at various schools in the Los Angeles area.  In 2015 she was the recipient of the Early Career Award from the Academy of Neurology of the APTA.  She is currently a mentor in the Casa Colina Neurologic Residency Program.
