Dr. Marshall LeMoine, PT, DPT OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Marshall LeMoine is a Clinical Specialist II physical therapist at Kaiser Permanente at the West Los Angeles location (WLA). He is also clinical faculty in the Kaiser Permanente Southern California Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program, as well as the Orthopedic Fellowship and Sports Rehabilitation Program. He has been clinical faculty for the past 6 years mentoring orthopedic PT residents, and teaching didactical classes for the last 3 years. He continues to act as the Center Coordinator for Clinical Education, organizing PT student internships at Kaiser WLA.
Dr. LeMoine completed an orthopedic residency (2009) and two orthopedic fellowships (Movement Science in 2010 and Spine Rehabilitation in 2011) while with Kaiser Permanente. Dr. LeMoine is adjunct faculty at Azusa Pacific University, Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, starting in 2012, teaching Musculoskeletal PT, with an emphasis on Movement analysis, movement faults and coordination deficits. Dr. LeMoine is a certified board specialist in both orthopedics (OCS) and sports (SCS), as well as an accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) from the APTA.
Dr. LeMoine has been teaching nationally for the past 4 years, at the Orthopedic Section Annual Meeting and the APTA Combined Sections Meeting multiple times on sports movement analysis and rehab, implementing research principles into clinical practice.
Dr. LeMoine has been a member of the APTA and Orthopedic section for >10 years. He has been involved in the APTA orthopedic section in multiple areas. He has held a position on the orthopedic membership committee team, been a mentor in the Orthopedic Section mentoring program for new grads, as well as a site reviewer for the APTA Residency and Fellowship credentialing committee.
Dr. LeMoine currently lives in Marina Del Rey, CA, enjoying weekends outdoors with his wonderful wife Anne, and their 2 young daughters (Riley and Maddie).
